In Transfer printing, graphic is transmitted onto the surface of a silk streched to a template with the help of photo emmisions. Second operation is minutely transferring the graphic from the template to the transfer paper with the help of paint. After that, it's dried and pressed on to the product by the help of press heat. It's usage purpose is having the perfect result in slim, detailed and colorful graphics. It's generally preferred in Ready-sewed (stocked) or narrow press spaced products such as hat peak.
Serigraphy press is also called "silk press" or "unique press". In serigraphy press, graphic is transmitted onto the surface of a silk streched to a template with the help of photo emmisions. Afterwards, paint is poured on to this template and the graphic is transferred to the press material by the help of ragle rubber.
Serigraphy press is preferred where the press is wanted to last longer without fading.
Foil Flex Print
Foil Flex print is done by cutting the prepared graphic works from the foils by the help of plotter machines, and then printing on to the product with a suitable heat after its surrounding area is cleaned. Plotter machines use diamond pins for cutting. They can cut every kind of shapes and texts because of their ability to cut through all the planes: X, Y, Z.
